Your information
The short version: this website doesn't track you, and what you tell us is used only to make and deliver your order.
Who we are
Steel Garden Worx, near Irene Village Mall, Centurion. Phone 081 772 2512 or 073 956 7572, email contact@steelgardenworx.co.za. For any question about your personal information, email us at that address.
This website
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no forms. Nothing on it records which pages you read. The company that hosts it may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
The WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp, and its own privacy policy applies once you're there.
When you contact us or order
If you phone, WhatsApp or email us, we use your name, number, message and any photos you send to answer you, quote, make your order and deliver it. If we deliver, we need your address. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell them.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages pass through its servers, which may be outside South Africa. If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, phone or email us instead.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Ask us using the details above.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator: inforegulator.org.za, POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za, 010 023 5200.
